New login requirements enabled for OSB E-Filing and CCAA online

Earlier this year, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) advised all Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) of the upcoming migration to a new secure login for OSB applications including:

  • Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) online application;
  • OSB E-Filing; and
  • Insolvency Records Search (IRS)

Please be advised that the new secure login will be enabled for the OSB E-Filing and CCAA online application on . Migration of the IRS will take place at a later date to be determined.

Once enabled, LITs can continue to sign-in to E-Filing and CCAA online using their existing OSB Licence Administration Application (OLAA) My ISED Account credentials.

Information for your Clerks and Administrative staff

Clerks and administrative staff will need to register for a GCKey and link it to your OSB services in order to sign-in. A detailed set of instructions, containing information on how to create a GCKey and how to link the GCKey to OSB services, has been emailed to all LITs along with this Notice. We request that you share these instructions with your clerks and administrative staff. The OSB will publish the instructions on our website in the coming week.
