Notes:

  1. The Report on contractor progress does not include information for contracts that have not yet been publicly released.
  2. Contractors may temporarily over-achieve or over-identify activities as they manage their current obligations. These overages are not reflected in the report.
  3. Some contracts, particularly in the maintenance area, have an obligation value that reflect current activities to date. These values may increase to a maximum ceiling value based on the level of work performed every year.
  4. In cases where the estimated end date has passed and the obligation is at or near completion, annual reports have been received and the verification process is underway to confirm completion of the obligation.
  5. In cases where there are no values under "Completed to date", the project is recently contracted and the first cycle of annual reporting has not yet been completed.
  6. All project values are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Column definitions:

Project
A brief description of the equipment or service being purchased by the Government of Canada.
Contractor
The company that has been awarded a contract by the Government of Canada.
Obligation
The value of the contractor's IRB/ITB obligation on the contract.
Completed
The value of the contractor's IRB/ITB business activities in Canada that are complete.
In progress
The value of the contractor's IRB/ITB business activities in Canada that are currently underway.
Not identified
The value of the contractor's IRB/ITB obligation for which specific business activities have not yet been identified.  
Estimated timeframe
The timeframe within which the contractor must fulfill its IRB/ITB obligation on the contract.
