Public Input Invited for Antenna Towers Consultation

OTTAWA, September 16, 2003 — All Canadians are invited, until October 17, 2003, to submit theircomments to the National Antenna Tower Policy Review being conducted by David A. Townsend, Professorof Law, and his team at the University of New Brunswick, with support from the National Antenna Tower Advisory Committee.

Allan Rock, Minister of Industry, announced the National Antenna Tower Policy Review on March 28, 2003.Professor Townsend will consult with the public on improvements to the existing policy and sitingprocedures for antenna tower placement.

Anyone wishing to offer a formal written submission to the National Antenna Tower Policy Review maysend it to:
