Ralph Sorella
Ralph Sorella is the Department Head of Science at Notre Dame College High School in Welland. To encourage students to develop leadership skills in science, he initiated a peer tutoring course in which senior students can earn a credit for participating. Mr. Sorella has also been a leader in the destreaming initiative and the grade 9 destreamed science course he developed with his staff is used as a model throughout Welland county.
