The Consumer Trends Report, a research document from the Office of Consumer Affairs, has a two fold purpose. First, it provides a general overview of past and current economic and marketplace trends of relevance to consumers. Secondly, the report points to research gaps and opportunities for future work by the consumer affairs community.
