Subject: Well

To the Government (and law makers),

I would just like to take the time to say that this does NOT sound like a very good idea. It sounds a lot like the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) which for all intensive purposes is a very oppressive law that should not have been passed in the United States. It is also the law the placed Dimity in federal custody for righting software in Russia that is legal is Russia, but illegal in the U.S were he was arresested on a trip. His boss who was selling the software in Russia was not arrested. I think you should give this issue some real thought, and, wait and see what happens with it down south, and if finally the ;aw is up to be passed, have a nation wide referendum to see what the people have to say.

Thanks for your time
