Notices from the Director of the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA)
Corporations Canada periodically issues Notices from the Director which provide information on a variety of subjects. In addition to being posted to this section of our website immediately upon release, these notices are also sent directly to clients on our mailing list. With this in mind, we recommend that clients who wish to remain up-to-date with these notices either make it a practice to consult this section of the website regularly, or that they contact us to be added to our mailing list.

- 2009-06-24 Corporations Canada wishes to inform you that on June 23, 2009, Bill C-4, An Act respecting not-for-profit corporations and certain other corporations, received Royal Assent.
