By the end of March 2022, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy will release a new type for Form 14 - Administrator’s Statement of Receipts and Disbursements (SRD).
Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LIT) will be able to record receipts and disbursements after the submission of a final SRD for a Division II Proposal. LITs who need to record additional funds or disbursements, such as counselling fees, after a final SRD has been submitted, can select the "Supplementary" type in Form 14.
