The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) has published a review of the insolvency counselling performance data collected on the insolvency counselling session reports.
The purpose of this paper is to share the OSB’s analysis of the performance data and to encourage Licensed Insolvency Trustees and BIA Insolvency Counsellors to consider ways, where appropriate, to enhance the delivery of their insolvency counselling sessions.
