In an effort to simplify submission of Debtor Compliance Referral Program (DCRP) referrals, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) has introduced a change to the Estate Information Summary (EIS) form.
Trustees will soon be able to submit DCRP referrals by completing new fields that have been added to the updated EIS form. Software providers are aware of the changes and started to update the forms in July. The changes will allow trustees to refer cases while filling out an EIS or amended EIS form.
The paper version of the DCRP form found on OSB’s website, and the XML form currently available in most trustee software will be eliminated by September26, 2014. Please note that software providers will be sending release notes to inform users when the updated EIS will be available.
