The light class comprises the Bell 206 B JetRanger III 5 place helicopter, the 7 place Bell 206 L IV LongRanger, the 4 bladed 7 place Bell 407, the VFR light twin 8 place Bell 427 and the new IFR light twin 8 place 429 the first of the Modular Affordable Product Line(MAPL). The intermediate class consists of the four bladed, extended fuselage Bell 430. The 15 place 4 bladed 412 EP rounds out the medium class.
